Annual Summer Break: June 29 – July 5

Each summer, Seven Hills Family Medicine closes for one week to give our team an opportunity to rest, recharge, and spend time with family. This year's annual summer break runs June 29 through July 5, and we'll reopen on Monday, July 6, at 9:00 a.m.

If You're an Established Member

If you experience an urgent medical issue while we're away, please use the Established Member Line listed in your Member Handbook or Elation Passport to reach your physician.

For routine questions, medication refill requests, paperwork, scheduling, or other non-urgent matters, we'll be happy to help when we return.

New Patients

If you're interested in becoming a member, you can still explore our practice, learn about our services, and submit an inquiry anytime at sevenhillsfamilymedicine.com. We'll respond after we return.
