Because we never do anything the easy way, Seven Hills Family Medicine is officially moving in the middle of back-to-back winter storms. Today is our last day seeing patients at 9A W Grace St.  Operations are otherwise normal. Tomorrow, the office will be closed  while we complete the move (Friday, 01/30). Starting next week, we’ll begin seeing patients on a limited basis  at our new location: 📍 25 E Main St. During this transition: Visits will be by appointment only Please

Due to poor road conditions and limited parking around the office we will continue to operate remotely until further notice. We will return to normal in-person operations as soon as we are safely able to.

Due to unsafe driving conditions the office will operate remotely January 27, 2026. All scheduled doctor's appointments will automatically be converted to tele-health. If you prefer to cancel and reschedule your appointment to an in-person time, please do so through your confirmation email. As always, our team is standing by to care for you.
