Seven Hills Family Medicine is growing, and we’re searching for a full-time LPN or Medical Assistant who thrives in a mission-driven, high-autonomy environment. Our clinic serves LGBTQ+ communities, gender-diverse patients, abortion seekers, and people with chronic or complex conditions — patients who need consistency, care, and dignity every time they walk through the door.

What the Role Includes

You’ll help with:

• Supporting patients in a calm, grounded way

• Gender-affirming care workflows

• Medication and soft-touch abortion support

• Prior Authorizations

• Daily collaboration with nurses and physicians

• Maintaining a patient experience rooted in safety and trust

  
  

You don’t need prior experience in gender-affirming or abortion care — we’ll train you. What matters most is your judgment, your values, and your reliability.
