Deny, Deny, Deny.

A bombshell article published yesterday in ProPublica perfectly illustrates why we are committed to an alternative to insurance driven primary care. Like so many times before, a doctor ordered a medically necessary test that was arbitrarily denied by the patients insurance company, except this time the patient was himself a doctor and knew to keep appealing. The $350 test in question (a vitamin D level) costs $11 for our members.
