With your help, we officially closed on our new building yesterday! 🎉 The relief is overwhelming—we’ve been holding this update close until we had something truly concrete to share. The process has felt perilous at times, with new challenges cropping up almost daily, and we were crossing all our fingers and toes right up until the finish line.

Renovations will begin in the coming months, and we’re hopeful to move in by the start of the year (or shortly thereafter). In the meantime, we also got a little bonus good news: the developer of our current space is moving more slowly than expected, which means we’ll be able to stay here for at least a few more months while we get everything ready. That extra breathing room is such a gift.

Our new home at 25 E Main Street was previously a law office, so it already has a waiting area and a floor plan we can adapt—no need to tear everything down to the studs. Here’s what we’ve planned:

  • First Floor: two procedure rooms, a nursing station for lab draws and triage, a consultation room, a group counseling space, and two ADA-accessible bathrooms.

  • Second Floor: staff break room, two bathrooms, our pharmacy, administrative space, and physician offices.

We can already see the future of Seven Hills Family Medicine taking shape within these walls, and it’s all thanks to your generosity and belief in this mission.

We’ll continue to share updates as renovations progress. For now, please accept our deepest gratitude—you made this possible.
